This book is for people who like to work hard with weights to get a muscular body.It is divided into three 8 week training programs that use 1 set- high rep and low set partial rep training to build the blood vessels,muscle fibers,and overload your bones and connective tissues,tendons,ligaments to handle more weight and get progressively stronger.I like the nutrition section it is excellent nick nilsson explains the science behind eating the right foods and using carbs,protiens and the hormone insulin to fuel your body and build muscle.

Great Workout Book
After lifting for three years most of my major lifts had plateaued. For one entire year my bench/squat max had not increased despite extensive research on both supplements and workouts. I was starting to think that I was limited because of my genetics. I have recently completed the time/volume workout contained in this book which is about 8 weeks long. My bench press increased 20 pounds and my squat increased 25 pounds. I am writing this review to clearly state this book is responsible for my strength gains. I encourage others to purchase it. I cannot say enough great things about this book and author.

Overtraining your way to results?
If you bought into this training modality then I would sincerely urge you to make an appointment with a good psychologist or maybe a psychiatrist because you have issues beyond hiding in a gym! If you really want to do this to yourself to put on a few kilos of muscle, be my guest but there are other ways to achieve the same thing that don't skyrocket your cortisol levels, cause the onset of arthritis and cause you to become enslaved to your body. Hire a good training professional, a dietician and you'll be just fine. You'll also have a life and you won't need a forklift to get you out of bed in the mornings. Overtraining is NOT the way to get results, ever! But if you are so in need of gargantuan size, massive guns, shredded quads and all the other bodybuilding hyperbole, you really need a mental health professional to deal with your insecurities.

Gutes Buch
Das Buch erklärt detailiert die Übungen und das Trainingsprogramm. Auch Ernährungsratschläge sind beinhaltet. Das Trainingsprogramm ist für12 Wochen. Erfrischend gut im Gegensatz zu normalen Bodybuilding-Programmen.
