Amazon Brand - Amfit Nutrition Keto Bars, Cocoa, Raspberry & Almond Flavour - Pack of 12 x 45g

Have been on a strict Keto diet for a week now and am on day 5. I struggled and was tempted to reach out for a sugary bar of anything. I decided against and jumped onto Amazon and found this product.It literally just arrived and I opened and devoured half a bar and can’t emphasise how satisfying they are especially when you are trying so hard to adhere to the diet.It’s a tougher and healthier version of a Mars Bar without the caramel bit. I’m happy with it as it’s killed my sugar craving without sacrificing my goal and I’m still going strong on the Keto diet.

Not very tasteful and a bit hard to chew. They serve the purpose I bought them for.

I have eaten many low carb bars for many years being on a low carb/calorie diet as it suits my lifestyle being a disabled person who is extremely inactive. I love the taste of Granade, PhD etc but the amfit are not filling and they are the highest in carbs and calories, but never taste anywhere near as a good as the alternative brands and with amfit you hardly have any range of flavours (Speculoos are areful and I've tried to get used to them being less pricey, but they are not pleasant tasting at all). However, even though I buy them it is because I have a sweet tooth and can only afford these to pacify my taste for something sweet. The main problem though is the bad stomach!!!!! As soon as I eat a couple, they are smaller than the other brands, it hits my stomach like a brick with terrible wind and it can be extremely bloating but with the other bars it's never as bad as this, it can get pretty ugly in the bowel region. I think it's a very fair review.

Hard to show in photo but the product seems off. I’ve tried a lot of protein bars so I’m aware the chocolate tastes different on them. This one seems very separated and tastes really stale. Looked funny from the second I opened the wrapper but tried it anyway and yep 🤮 thanks to Amazons return policy I can’t return them as they’re opened. Waste of money.

These are not nice, to the point I will pretty much eat anything else in the cupboard over these.Taste:Does it taste of caramel? No!Does it taste of peanut? No!Does it taste of Chocolate? Not muchIt is really just bitter and not in a nice way like dark chocolate. I don't detect and nut or caramel flavour.Texture & Looks:The outer chocolate is weird, it feels soft almost powder-like, yep powder. Also it looks ashen, you know when chocolate goes off and there is a white/grey coating on it. Then when in your mouth it seems to leave a coating, as if you have gargled some vegetable oil or something. The Bar itself is firm but not crunchy and when chewed is a bit claggy and tends to stick to the roof of my mouth and teeth.All in all not a great experience, only 9 more bars to go and I can put this experience behind me.

This product caught my eye as it said keto and I have been on keto for a while however, eating this caused me to come out of keto - it is quite high in net carbs snack wise. To be fair, I am small and do eat as little carbs as possible but I certainly my would purchase if you are on keto…on the upside, they do taste really good and are a great alternative to a chocolate bar if on different diet :-)

Tra le tante che ho provato sinora, mi sembrano un ottimo prodotto in termini di gusto: io vado matto per la cioccolata e queste mi sono piaciute sia per consistenza che, appunto, sapore.Chiaramente, essendo un prodotto proteico, bisogna pensare che il gusto non sara' mai come una barretta di Mars o Kit Kat ma la finalita' per cui si comprano e' ben diversa e quindi questo prodotto e' promosso a pieni voti.DA provare.

Il gusto lascia divinamente a desiderare però sono ottimi snack e non fanno venire mal di pancia e oltretutto parecchie proteine e pochissimi zuccheri

Compré las de sabor Speculoos Flavour y me ha encantado el sabor.Tienen una textura muy agradable y se adaptan perfectamente a un estilo de vida bajo en hidratos, con menos de 10 gramos por cada barrita de los cuales únicamente 2 gramos son de azúcar.Te puedes permitir tomar un snack de vez en cuando sabiendo que no estás ingiriendo una gran cantidad de azúcar como sucede con la gran mayoría de las barritas.Son una buena opción, aunque no sé cómo serán el resto de sabores, pero las que yo compré no dudaría en recomendarlas y volveré a comprar

Le gout n'etant pas terrible, le gros probleme pour moi est surtout la texture glissante et presque mielleuse de l'exterieur qui trahit vos dents et votre main avant d'attendre le millieu solide de poudre de proteine, offrant en fin de compte un experience de mache degoutante, entre du chewing gum et du miel, mais sans le gout, un peu comme si manger du carton mouillé
