The powder is by far the worst-tasting thing I have ever tried. I don't really know how to describe it- like really bad morning breath or maybe rotting garbage. I have tried many powders that are unpleasant enough that I don't end up using all the powder, but I could not force myself to finish even one glass of this. I tried putting crystal light flavoring in to cover the taste, but I could still taste the garbage-like tang under the heavy flavoring. I also tried adding just a tablespoon of the powder to a cup of coffee (I really hate not using something I paid for), but it was undrinkable--the coffee almost covered the taste- but the nasty garbage-like taste was still detectable.
