Perfect for my newly remodeled laundry room
It works great for the space I had planned. We just completed a major renovation and I didn’t want my large bulky ironing board (45 years old) any longer so this was the perfect solution. I’ve used it 3-4 times since it’s been up, about a month, and it works great. I’m 5’ 7” and the height is a little bit higher than I’d like but it works and is very convenient.I gave it four stars because it’s a bit difficult to fold down. I don’t know if mine was damaged before being shipped or during shipping but the lever that makes it close is a bit off. I make it work though. .

its setting is not fit for average size people
It need to be attach at least 40" from ground level, too tall for an average size person. So you need to be somewhere close to 7' tall to work on it conveniently.

Good compact wall ironing board
Good ironing board. Not as sturdy as I would like but sturdy enough. Only bad thing is that it has a very very thin pad underneath the top cover. Wish it was thicker. Outside of that, overall a 7.4 out of 10!

%#?&@$ piece of junk!!!!!
The product might be fine but the mounting system is 5 approximately .33 of an inch wood screws. If your walls happen to be solid wood it will probably work. If they are drywall like mine and everyone else’s it has zero point zero chances. I mounted it according to instructions, took one look and said to myself that will never hold under the weight of ironing. I went to find some anchor bolts in my garage when I heard CRASH!!! It fell off the wall scarring my paint on the way down and smashed on my floor. Thank goodness it did not crack my porcelain tile and cost me untold thousands! I re-mounted it with wall anchors but now it’s bent weird and the release lever needs to be manipulated to make it release. For about 5 cents they could include wall anchors. I’m very annoyed with it.
