Good price, and better then O-Rings
Replaced my Remo O-Ring dampeners with these and I love the change. I definitely recommend them over any O rings because the drums aren't dampened so much and you can still get a lot more natural frequencies without completely choking off your drums. They are easy to put on and very customizable because there are so many and in different sizes. my cheap drum kit, especially the snare drum, sounds a ton better with these on and I haven't had any problems with slipping or anything. Also, I have some on my resonant heads, they seem to work good on their too and none have fallen off.

Best gel dampening I’ve experienced
Love these. Better than moon gels. I love that they come in clear so they don’t stand like other gel dampening products. Comes with a great case to store them. Works great on cymbals too. And again a clear gel looks better on cymbals than the blue moon gels. They come in a pack in all the sizes you need so you don’t have to cut any down to size with a blade or tearing them. And personally, I like that they are round.

SlapKlatz PRO Drum Dampeners work. Period.
I have used these dampeners for a while now, and they work flawlessly. They adhere properly and stay in place. I use the larger ones on my floor toms to take away the excess ring, and the drum doesn't sound like a box but allows for the floor tom's full bottom end that I like. I do not dampen my snare drums. Even though on occasion I've used the smaller ones on my snare drums; I think tuning the snare drum and the shell construction weigh in on snare drum dampening. I like my snares to sing, and yet thinner shells need a little help getting some of the unwanted "ring" out. I also like that they are round. To me, there is more sound control with a round dampener than the rectangular kinds out there. I prefer the Slapklatz PRO Drum dampeners!

Nicely packaged, and work well.
The SlapKlatz drum dampeners work well on both my drums and hi-hat cymbals. I need to make some adjustments, but given the results with the set I purchased, I intend to purchase another set so that I can dampen all of my drums. Update: I did order two more packages of the SlapKlatz drum dampeners because I was pleased with the results of the first set I bought. I like that they come with clear plastic to separate the gels, and due to their lack of coloring or dyes, they don't stain the drums or cymbals. They do leave a slight residue on the cymbals, but that is easily cleaned off if the gels are removed or relocated. They also stay attached to the resonant heads; none have fallen off after several months of use.

It does the work needed!
The product I bought covers my entire need to dampen all of my drum sets from my snare, rack and floor toms as well as the base. I have clarity and less or no vibration at all! Superb product and I highly recommend this. And what the plus is the very versatile and durable casing to store the gels during transport and long storage of my drum sets. Keep the good work!

Great Product
I've been using these for the past three years or so and they're pretty awesome. I will say the clear gels are softer and are more effective and reducing overtones whereas the black ones are a little firmer and aren't as effective. I have two sets of each to dial in my drums when I record. I definitely recommend getting both the clear and black so you can have that extra level of fine tuning.
