Nice and large numbers visible from indoor to my carport. It was easy to install. Temperature gauge seems accurate with weather app. I tested it in winter and now with summer coming. I am satisfied so far. I wish I would have spent more for one with the humidity indicator. The Celcius degrees are a bit smaller here, that is my only complain. It did not require any battery and the price was very good. All around it does not feel heavy, and since it is under a roof, covered it really does not get showered with water even when it rains. If you are looking for a basic outdoor thermometer in Farenights without too many feature and just basic type of temperature telling…..buy this.

This is a big clear thermometer and I use it in my greenhouse. It’s easy to see and I have it pointed in the direction of a camera so I can tell the temperature anytime from anywhere.

I got this thermometer on sale and would not pay alot for it. I knew from the listing what the back looked like and how it is supposed to me mounted, which doesnt seem that secure if mounting outside and can see it blowing away in a wind storm. Instead I made a frame from some plywood and wood trim to have the thermometer secure inside it. This way I can properly screw the wood frame down into the wall. The thermometer is accurate and shows the same temp as my other thermometers. Much easier to read from far away than the glass type thermometers. Not sure I would buy this again with having to make a frame for mounting. Would probably look for a sturdier one made for mounting outdoors. But for indoors with no wind this seems good.

Bought six of them for in my carwash, first test “side by side, do they read the same temperature?” They do, exactly. Perfect and reasonable price.

Always 5+ degrees over actual temperature. Unable to calibrate. Cheap. EDIT: I just read that it's possible to adjust the needle by removing the front plastic lens, then hold the piece that attaches to the bi-metallic spring on the backside, and then move the needle. I'll give this a try.

Accurate and easy to read temperature. We had trouble with some others but this is a gem for our senior eyes.

This may be the 4th or 5th purchase of this particular item. It's very simple/basic but does the job as well as any other around (and up to double) this price point. The loss of one star is due to the clear front panel becoming opaque over time (which is why I have to keep purchasing a replacement). They remain legible for about two years top.

Easy to put up. Large face means its easy to use.

Thought this product looked good, but when I read the instructions it states not to put anywhere sunny. Being as this is designed for outside use this seemed totally absurd as the sun will reach it eventually. When the sun reaches it the reading is not correct.
