how much weight can it hold?

Anything that you place on this system will be on the ground. It does not do the job for which you’re buying it. It is more like a open-weave placemat, and will not hold any weight off the ground. Don’t buy this system.

Can this be used as drainage for artificial turf?

I’m sure it could be. It’s a high quality product

Where can I buy edges for this mat?

Unfortunately I don't have the answer. My tiles fit inside my shower and didn't require any edges.

Do these tiles get hot in the sun?

Don't know , mine are used inside of truck tool boxes

I was a little disappointed at first because the plates are SOFT! But they actually work very well on the balcony. I have an open balcony, and rain constantly pours in. These plates do a good job of collecting small debris and water below, and they're also quite easy to clean. Excellent product!
