I don’t think the entire package has 5% of mathania chilli and the rest of normal red chilli. I prepared Laal MaaS with 1kg of goat. As per the quantity I should have soaked 20 Chili’s but I chose to soak 12 Chili’s even that made it super hot. Pls stop robbing customers and misleading them. This is the last time I will buy anything from this seller. Others pls beware. Buy at your own risk.

This is for sure that the seller is mixing Mathania mirch with regular red chili. When you soak them in water you will see the difference. Besides I used 15 chilies for 3 lbs meat (1.25 kg) which made it extremely hot ( almost not edible). Seller is using Ranveer Brar’s name, but if you check his video, he clearly mentioned that 15-20 soaked mathania mirch will surely not make it hot as it is a sweeter chili. I am going to send a message to him as well about this product as I believe this quality comprise spoiling his brand name as well. Giving it 2 stars as it has Mathania mirch as well.

The product is certainly not mathania

This is such a great product! A 100% authentic Mathania mirch. The iconic colour, almost sweet yet pungent/hot flavour, typical long bodied chilli with low seed content that can easily be extracted for a more intense burst of colour once they are made into a paste, crispy and fully dried - this mirch checks all of the boxes in it's quality. Quantity is also accurate and as promised. The packaging could have been a little better, but it's okay for the price. There are brands who charge you more for just their packaging and branding. Over all, an absolute delight!

For the past 5-6 years, I have been purchasing this product from AMAZON and I must say that it is one of the best Mathania chillies I have ever tasted-full of authentic flavor and perfectly balanced heat! The packaging is a plus too: the bag is thick and sturdy, ensuring fresh chillies.
