Atkins' Physical Chemistry

Superb book.

This is a really nicely made product that just feels right.

It is a very good physical chemistry textbook and more straight forward than the comparable 'Elements of physical chemistry' textbook. As a second year Chemistry student I use this textbook ( Atkins' Physical chemistry) almost daily since purchasing it. One thing I find very useful about this book as at the end of each chapter there is a summary of equations. I've only encountered one issue which is the online edition of this book. Put simply it does not work. I've emailed the publisher about this issue but it has not yet been resolved. As a result of this I cannot access the answers for any of the textbook questions or which are found in the online edition or use the book remotely online. I would recommend buying the 11th edition instead of the 12th until this issue is fixed as having looked at the 11th edition in the library there are very few differences between the two editions and there is a book available for the 11th edition which has the worked solutions to practice questions unlike the 12th edition.

ダメなところ先に書いておきます。重いことと、字が小さいことです。 それ以外は、文句のつけようがない。 どうやって褒めたらいいのかわからないのが残念だが、 何処を切り取ってみても、よくできていると思います。 学生時代に読みたかったですね。

best book for pchem. beautiful graphics easy to understand language plenty of practice problems !

The best text book for physical chemistry. Printing quality is good. Binding of the book seems solid. I bought a used one, which comes still in very good quality.
