This belt is designed to fit most any size from small ways to a plus size waist. It is adjustable very easily!

Q: Is this good for ileostomy ?

It would depend on the appliance. This fits appliances with one hook on each side

Q: are they machine washable?

Yes. I don't know if they really are. But we have used it on the washing machine without any problems.Just use a bag to protect it from getting stuck.

Q: How is this or can this be used for someone with two aromas?

If you have two Stomas, then you could use two Belts, if you felt they were helpful. The belt serves to keep your Ostomy appliance system pulled tightly against your abdomen, this helps to prevent leakage. So if you’re having leaking problems from both, then it would be beneficial to use a belt for each one.
