This product is worth the investment. I normally don’t leave reviews but extremely satisfied with its multi uses. Band thickness and resistance is great to get a great workout at beginner or intermediate levels. I love that you can adjust the band lengths. I just hope the quality last through intense exercise and regular use.

I LOVE this Pilates bar. It’s sturdy and easy to use. You can do moves with constant tension working two or three different muscle groups at once. It’s much better for my wrists than free weights. Being able to adjust the tension is awesome ..just takes a little bit of pushing and pulling. Have already recommend to my friends 👍

I wish I would have bought a better one and not wasted my money.It is adjustable but have to really fumble around with it.You can not wrap the cord around the ends to shorten the cord , it will not hold.Some better sticks let you do that.Overall it does the job for certain exercise but its limited.I am ordering another stick from Finland ..do your research.Cheap end up being expensive.

I like the product, it flattened my stomach quickly. It’s great to use while watching TV, much better than just sitting on the couch!

Love this product. Its an all body workout. You add how much resistance you need or not need.

The box arrived opened and damaged. I understand things happen in shipping and could have dealt with it if that was the only thing. The bar was blue despite the picture and description stating it was pink. Also the description stated it had some sort of mechanism that allowed you to adjust the length of the band to whatever length you desired which also changed the resistance. That was one of the main reasons I ordered this bar. However, there was no such mechanism and no way to adjust the length of the band aside from maybe just tying a knot in it.

Can control the resistance. Bar is sturdy. A bit better than others.

I like the bar overall but I cannot find a way to adjust the elastic band because its quite long for me (i am 4 about 4ft 11".

The exercise tool is great! great stretched and helped me do some exercise during the pandemic. It is very easy to use and feels solid. Great padding, comfortable to use, and does not take up a lot of space. Very happy with the purchase.

I like that its portable. Clickiddy click click bam you're set up or mobile again. EASY. I however wish that adjusting the tension you needed didnt take longer than I am actually using the bar for. Cute concept

Way more useful than advertized. Not just for pilates. Adjustable straps make it great for people with limited leg mobility (can be used while seated). Very convenient for cross-training.

Bands seem pretty strong, not the easiest to adjust quickly between exercises.
