I have had this item XL since August of 2022. I am 5’6” and now weigh 150pounds. I have lost 60 pounds since June of 2020 so I have extra skin and flabbiness. This item when first purchased was super tight and uncomfortable and made breathing, sitting, and standing uncomfortable. At my present weight it is comfortable and holds in my areas of concern and gives shape to my waist as well. I have washed and dried it numerous times so maybe it is a little stretched out but not a lot. It is undetectable under clothes. It reaches from bra line to hips. The boning does not poke or gouge me.I have discovered the best way for me to put it on is from the top and inside out. With my arms inside the item over my head, I use my arms to flip it right side out and pull the item down. It still isn’t easy but it is suppose to be tight. I tried pulling up from the bottom but that was a huge struggle. Inside out and top down works best for me.I will probably be ordering a Large in this item soon.

I was very skeptical about buying this at first. For reference and 5‘,4“ tall and 157lbs and I bought a large in beige. I recently had an open myomectomy and the band they gave me at hospital was uncomfortable and not helping. I’m going back to work soon and really need the support.I ordered a different one from Amazon before ordering this one which seem to be OK but it bulged in the back and showed through my clothes. if I was to listen to the reviews here, I would not have purchased this, but I figured I would give it a try. I am very happy with this. It did exactly what I needed it to. I wore this all day and it was comfortable and did not roll or move in me.The first time putting it on was a little difficult but it got easier after that. Just make sure you are pulling it up from the bottom and not over your head. I decided to order another one in medium to see how that one will fit. I kinda want something that can fit a little more snug but not too much. This one is not tight at all but it does do the job especially holding in my belly where the incision is. Buy it, you will not be disappointed.

So… it has four wires in it. Two for the back and two for the front.Once you get it on- it’s not easy.I got a large , the top part the wires dug into my boobs underneath & the wires dug into my lower stomach & legs .. very uncomfortable while sitting and standing & walking around just didn’t feel right ..It makes your clothes fit weird too.I have used products like this before and nothing so bad.

Hard to go over my wide hips but gives much back support when it’s up over my stomach.

I wish it had more length. It has 4 rods around it. The fabric is easily distilled. if you put it on from below the bust; It does not cover the entire torso to create a good silhouette.

Kept rolling over and falling down.

I was a bit skeptical about this waist trainer, but not anymore. I love the elasticity, it fits perfect, instead of small I ordered a medium. It doesn't ride up like others, it pulled my gut in, undectible under clothes, and the bones were soft and comfortable for me. I am glad I ordered it, a happy satisfied customer here! Love it!!

due to soze chart i shoulve ordered a medium or at most a small however i ordered an xs and small the xs fot the best. i am 165 and 5'6 it was long enough for my torso. def doesnt gove you that hourglass shape but there is ppenty of compression. ill be usong it during my workouts. i had 0 back fat coming out would recomment for the price
