We've tried over a dozen shower heads with sprayer attachments over the years. And yes, we considered most of them OK with regards to the strength of the water coming out, along with their pulsating options.Then we saw this Ionic shower head assembly on Amazon and became intrigued. When it arrived, we noticed that most of the unit is built of plastic, yet it seems quite sturdy. The mineral pebbles are already inside the unit - which can be unscrewed on either end to replace those after a period of time.The biggest surprise are the pin-hole sizes of the holes in the shower head. If you never tried it before, you'd wrongly assume that the water pressure cannot possibly be high enough, having to pass through those ridiculously small holes. But this thing will surprise you big time. There is quite alot of pressure, but the water coming out does not sting and also has a soft feel to it - no doubt the result of the mineral pebbles taking some of that hardness out of the water. It's almost like this shower head has water softening features. For those of us who have had hard water in the past, you know what I'm talking about with regard to the feel of soft water and hard water.I forgot to mention that this shower head unit comes with an additional bag of mineral pebbles, and although the brand of this unit does not sell additional pebbles, there are many options available on amazon from which to choose from, and they all look the same.The first thing my wife mentioned to me after taking her first shower with this unit was that, "although the water pressure was surprisingly high, the water felt soft and comforting," and she really enjoys this Ionic shower assembly (and I do also). As for pulsating options, there are only 3 choices. We kept ours in the middle setting.So chaulk up a full 5 stars for this baby. This is one shower head assembly that surprised us in a most pleasant manner.One note here though: Everybody has different shower pipes leading into their shower. By different, I meant different angles. My pipe comes out and then curves down at a 90 degree anble. The attachments provided by this unit did not fit at all and I almost was ready to send the unit back. But luckily, one of the previous adapters from another shower head worked just fine and I hooked this Ionic shower head to that. Problem solved.

When I first installed the showerhead, the on/off button leaked. I contacted the supplier and they quickly responded to my issue advising me that they realized that there had been a problem with about 10% of the parts where the on/off switch was located and as a result, they included a replacement part in my shipment. After swapping out the part with the supplied replacement, the showerhead worked like a charm and no leaks. I am very impressed with the improved water pressure. I am also very impressed with a company that proactively addresses a known problem and includes a replacement part that corrects the problem. Additionally, the company responded to my email within a very brief window---outstanding customer service!!!!

All I can say is WoW! After taking showers in very chlorinated water for years, to where you smell it and your eyes burn, this was so refreshing. It was super easy to install and use. You can notice a difference in the first shower. The feature of the on/off button design is great. I can leave the water at a temp mix comfortable for me, push the button to off, lather my hair with shampoo and then push the wand button back on and resume at the same water temp.

I was raised with soft water and have missed it. This was easy to install and works well and feels great 😊

I received the new shower head Friday February 25th when I got off work, instantly installed it to take me after work shower from the chemical I work at, felt the difference inmmediately and it did not take me as long to get all the grease and what not off my arms from working on pumps all day. Soap lathered up a lot faster, not instantly but probably 300% improvement(I have very hard water) so the fact that it improved the larger let me know everything I needed to know about the mineral balls. Took another shower today the 26th after working outside at the house, same result, I am happy as f*** at this product as of now. Will continue to use and update my review after a month or so but I can't see this shower head letting me down, April 5th-still very satisfied with the shower head and it is continuing to do an amazing job on my very hard water, due to the fact my water is so hard and full of sulfur i have already had to change out my filter beads, no big deal I just need to know where to get more please

I ordered my first one of these and it had a small leak but not enough to complain about. Ordered another one because we moved shortly after and it leaks water through every possible area. Like half the water is coming out other areas than what it's supposed to greatly diminishing the water pressure. If you could send a replacement with one that is water tight that would be great.

The packaging was a bit scattered and we had to get some plumbing tape as it leaked in a fee places after install but works great after

I have ordered this item a few times and each time it was delivered broken and the beads spilled all over the box. I know individuals that have this item and it works great.
