Bay's Kitchen Concentrated Chicken Stock, Case of 6 | Gluten & Dairy Free, Low FODMAP

This chicken stock is really tasty. I wasn’t able to eat onion and garlic which meant that standard stocks were very difficult to use and this is a great option for people following a low FODMAP diet. It is a little more expensive admittedly, but I think you can taste the difference and the quality and it’s also about finding alternatives for common FODMAP such as onion and garlic which this company have done perfectly. The stock is so easy to use; you just spoon out how much you need, add hot water and it’s instantly perfect stock. No stirring for ages to break up the little dehydrated cube. It tastes amazing as well; I’ve often been known to lick the excess off the side of the jar because it just tastes like pure roast chicken and herby seasoning. It is fantastic and I’ve used all of the stocks and the gravy. It’s a great way to be able to continue cooking on a low FODMAP diet without missing out.

Although this stock is a bit pricey, it's well worth it.. As someone with a very restricted diet due to health problems, this stock has opened up new meal options with great taste!

A lot of other FODMAP compliant chicken stocks don’t really have much flavour to them but this stock has impressed me. Also the option to buy several jars in one transaction represents great value for money

Certainly not value for your money. The amount you need to make a decent jug of stock takes nearly one jar. Not for me
