After 1 month watch was not working . display shows lines and contacted the seller first they said they will replace the watch then after messaging the seller was not responding

I actually liked the watch (until it broke 35 days after I purchased it) The features were helpful, the BP and O2 and blood oxygen measurements were surprisingly accurate ( i measured all three in my docs office before he tested for all of them. The watch was off by--at most-- 2-3% margin + or -)So, on the fence as to whether I replace it. I would sincerely appreciate if the vendor replaced it at no charge. 30 days for an electronics product is a stingy policy. And any manufacturer should not want a customer to have a product that should last for several years, break in just over a month.I tried turning it off and on, fully charging it, etc....nothing changed. The display resembles an old 1960s back and white TV between channels....(remember those?)

Am still learning the in's and out's of the interface on the watch, however it's battery life is waaay better than the Umidigi Smart Watch. I actually put this watch on re-charge when it was at 50% because it was 5 days and I didn't want to forget.The health monitors appear to work consistently and as far as I can tell, predictable and accurate, given my age, etc. The sleep monitor continues to amaze me - I am starting to understand why I feel the way I do in the mornings just by reviewing my sleep. Star 1.I just found the website (link in app) for designing your own watch face, using their many templates and position options. Problem is that you can only do one at a time and download it to your watch. If you want to do another new face, it will replace your last creation on the watch. Pretty nifty idea, though. Star 2I only gave it a 4-star rating because of the rubber watchband - which my skin totally dislikes. Star -1I have to go to a jewelry store to get a metal band fitted. But it looks awesome with a nice big black band. Star 3For around $50, I don't see it as wasted money. Star 4There ya go.Peace.
