Foam Acrylic Polish & Scratch Removal Light Sanding Block

Did exactly what it was supposed to

For almost $10 - I was expecting the polish block to be more. It has 4 different sides but I am not sure if they really have much variation. It is more than just a polish block that you see at the nail salon, and it did smooth/ polish my repair (small area, about size of fingertip) but I don’t think the other sides did much of anything.

When I first pulled this little sanding block out of the package, I was skeptical. However, it polished up the acrylic patch on my granite counter top to a glass like shine. My granite had a chip about the size of a quarter around and an 1/8 inch deep. The granite installer fixed it with an acrylic patch, but the patch looked a bit dull compared to the granite. After using all four sides/steps of this foam block, the acrylic patch looks just as glossy as the granite.

The blocks were fine for final (very fine finishing) of epony granite repair finishing. You need a knife or fine emory paper for the initial rough pre-finish work in order to get an epoxy granite chip repair to a near finish state where these light grit sanding blocks can be effective.

This tool buffed and shined my granite counter repair, but it did not remove the deepest scratches. Of course, this could be due to user error.

Worked good for what I needed it for.

Had to repair a corner of granite. Used Procaliberproducts granite repair kit and this block to finish polish. It worked well as a final step to polish the repairs....

Used with granite acrylic chip filling kit. It worked well. Left acrylic patch smooth to the touch. Had a huge gouge in granite counter top the size of a penny.
