Q: Can i carry small size on plane?

Everything folds up very easily into its own flat, very light carrying case with handle. You would have to check size limitations with airline or call them. I would say that if not in overhead compartment it would fit easily in plane closet. This is the greatest little house to travel with. I would not try to use it as a carrier!

Q: Would this fit in the rear of a Toyota Prius?

If you purchase the smallest ( 19.5"x20"x20") of the three sizes, maybe it'll fit your Prius. I purchased the largest size. It did fit in the back of my Tahoe.
