HUMIDIFIER

The title says it all for me. I bought this because of the auto mode, the only thing that does not work. If you do not require the auto mode this is an amazing product. I love everything about it, it looks great it works great everything about it is as described except the auto mode which for me was the reason I chose this one.The only other thing is there is no customer support. It says you can chat with them from 8am to 8pm EST but when you try you get a bot that tells you it is after hours and you can leave a message and I did. No answer after 3 days. I also e-mailed them at the support e-mail and and I did get an answer in 24 hrs but they wanted me to make a video showing the problems and send it to them for their tech department to review. I did make the video then I boxed up the unit and returned it and wrote this review. After writing this review they e-mailed me and offered to replace the unit for free but I had already returned it for a credit. If you don't care about these two things its a great product. After returning this unit I ordered the Levoit its a little more expensive but it does work perfectly and it has the auto mode. I want this so it will maintain the same humidity level at all times it will auto shut off and restart to maintain that level so you do not have to set the timer or turn it off and on all the time also way less refills.

This is a perfect humidifier for any room in the house. Three levels of mist so it can be low, medium or high. Ideal for me as my indoors is quite dry. It has made an amazing difference in how I sleep. My nose has always been dry but with the warm mist, I don't feel the dryness and it makes for uninterrupted sleep. I bought two...one for me and the other for my plants. I've noticed they dry out very fast but they seem to hold moisture better with the humidifier. Very satisfied.

This product does not leak like some of the other round top fill humidifiers (mooka brand). It also maintains the set/desired humidity pretty well without causing wild fluctuations. This doesn't have the biggest water tank so it will need to be filled daily, sometimes sooner depending on how dry your environment is. The top also spins so you can direct the output however you like. I also really like the warm and cool mist option, it's a great feature to have depending on the season. The tank has a small rinsable filter with beads that can be easily removed and put right back in. Lifting the tank off is done in such a way that the front electronic control panel is fairly protected. Other brands do not have that. As of right now I would definitely recommend this unit to friends and family. I have only had it for about 10 days so the longevity is still to be determined.

This is the most wonderful home appliance I have ever owned. It marries form and function as only the Italians can do. It has great features and no unnecessary ones. Easy to put together and begin using at once. The best thing about it is that one can use it for cool or warm mist. The warm mist is actually healthier as it allows or fewer bacteria. Easy to clean. Unit is lightweight, and the small footprint will fit anywhere. Attractive enough to keep out in view. Convenient top fill feature. I highly recommend!

Took it out of the box and took out the wrapping. Very quiet operations and configurations on the app is very nice. Definitely recommend it and like the way it shape and easy to remove the top to put in the essential oils that I have at home. I recommend it to my friends and family. Uses around 25 watts, so very low energy.

First, the good. I like that it automatically adjusts to meet the desired humidity. I also like that it has an app and that you're able to control it and monitor it through the app. It is quiet. The humidity sensor seems to be pretty accurate.Next, the bad. 3 times out of the past few weeks it just went to sleep and didn't turn back on, even though it was on auto. But that hasn't happened in a while now. Second, the temperature sensor is quirky and seems to be off by various degrees throughout the day. Then when you have the heated mist mode on, the temperature sensor is worthless (see the attached picture...my house is about 70 degrees not 99). It appears to be monitoring the mist temperature maybe? Lastly, their customer service seems non-existent. I tried to contact them during their business hours and they said it was after business hours. I left an email and they have never gotten back to me.So to summarize, it mostly does it's job but there are a few things that could use improvement.

I ordered two. For one to not work right out of the box is aggravating. The first one I opened on 3/1/2022 turns on for a few seconds and turns right off! I don’t know what to do about it. I read the manual. This junk is defective. The beeping from the setting selection is annoying too and I don’t like the way the mist comes out at an angle. Regardless, it barely works! My video evidence will not upload.I set up the second one on 3/2/2022 and that one is running. But because of the experience of the first one, I think I might just return both. A Vicks humidifier will work much better.Who cares about all the extra WiFi feature and humidity level options if it doesn’t work right out of the box for $90!?

We received the product last week. at this point have spent four days trying to get it to work without any success. When you press "On" it appears to work for two seconds and then it quits while displaying all the lights on the control panel. perhaps we are doing something wrong but it should work out of the box - if you fill it with water and press the start button it should work I am very dissatisfied with the humidifier and would not recommend it to anyone.
