Good Quality, I like it better than the others made by other companies that I have tried in the past.
This bay/res is top notch, the quality is what you would expect from EKWB products. I have done many liquid cooled computer including full custom loops for GPU/CPU and hybrid with custom plus all in one units so I can appreciate the build on this product. The water is very visible to a point where you can easily see if there are things on there that's floating around that you don't want in your loop. The pump strong and not very noisy but you need to make sure you tilt it around to get rid of the big bubbles and prime the pump with water before you turn the motor on or you will burn it out just like any other water pump. The thing is light but build durably, the inlet and outlet positioning makes sense and there is an extra G1/4 hole to put a crystal LED screw on light on it spot on it. The PWM works well but I usually run the pumps at full speed to cool the overclocks for me so not really necessary. This is a good solution if you don't want to setup a separate reservoir and pump and want to use the front bays on your computer, it takes up two.

Plastic Threads Prone to cracking/leaking
[update] July 1 2018:Dropping from 3 starts to 1Unit now leaks from bottom hole as well. I didn't even touch this fitting/plug. It just started leaking as well. I took out the fitting, and once again the plastic threads are to blame. The plug only had 2 threads, it was extremely short... And the threads were poorly machined too. I put in a different fitting, but it still leaked ever-so-slightly. Absolutely unacceptable. This isn't user-error, the plug wasn't touched since the factory. The pump is still going strong, but it's louder than it should be for how low the RPMs are in my opinion. I'd avoid this reservoir if I were to purchase one in the future...WARNING: The threads used are made out of plastic...The cost for the reservoir should warrant metal threads. I used a more shallow threaded fitting, so if you use a longer thread, it might be less likely to strip the threads so easily. I put the fittings in with the same exact technique as the rest of the system. Even the cheap reservoirs I used had better threads. This is where the MAJORITY of leaks happen, so I was very displeased with the cheapness here. Otherwise, the build is good and there is rubber around the metal mounting screws. I would suggest to only use this if you have no other places with good amounts of room in your case. Placing the reservoir near the top of the case is harder to prime the pump, but over all it's fine. The pump is not silent, but does work with PWM just fine. It isn't very noisy, but in a silent room it can be heard easily at 30%. The pressure is good and flow acceptable. It's only been a couple of months, but no problems so far. The cables are colored, so you'll want to hide or wrap them for aesthetics.

Perfect fit!!!
The media could not be loaded. HOLY MOTHER OF TANKS! This thing has a better fit to my case then the square block in a childs toy, at least, thats how i felt when it slid in perfecly. The pump itself runs great too. I have had no problem with it at all and its fun to watch it pump. I know there might not be a way to fit this like I did, but give it a good try, because I love this thing.

Cheap plastic threads cause leaks
Owned for a little over two years and it has run strong. I recently took the PC that this reservoir/pump was a part of out of use so I could clean and flush the loop. After reassembly the bottom-most plug leaks. The threads in it are shallow and plastic and knowing what I know now I never would have disassembled the darn thing for cleaning. I have tried several things to try and stop the leak, so far none have worked. I submitted a support ticket to see what EK will say, but I am seriously contemplating just using some silicone or epoxy on the threading down there to permanently seal it since it is not a port I use in my loop. Two stars for performance prior to cleaning, less three for the cheap threading and leak after cleaning.

Loud
The pump is loud, defeating, in my opinion, the whole purpose of a water-cooling rig.Watch out that it doesn't include the spouts to attach the pipe to.
