Most people received their phones within 4 days of ordering. Even with an eta of March 22nd I ordered my S22 Ultra on 2/22 and will be receiving it on 2/25. Samsung was playing it safe with their estimated dates of availability. **Q: How are there so many reviews if the S22 Ultra isn't even for sale yet (only pre-order)?** A: I was able to order this phone months ago, however hadn't pulled the trigger, probably due to personal commitment issues, probably rt childhood trauma, but, I digress. ended up ordering through Samsung directly, Verizon, who, as a long-term and loyal consumer (LTL) planned to invest through unfortunately laughably offered at best close to 1/4 storage of the S10 i was replacing. Samsung seemed to have stock issues when I finally ended up ordering in mid/end march. I think Preorders for the US started in January for official US Feb 25, release date. release/delivery dates everywhere else in the world were probably sooner. my current phone was shipped direct from a Samsung manufacturer site, likely sat in US customs 80% of shippment time. The case/screen protector is pretty decent especially rt cost. The camera lens cover (probably the most important part) was the worst. Awkwardly bulky, fell off within a day or two of applying, got almost a week out of one bc I didn't use the phone or bring it with me to work. **Q: When installing, there's a tiny little air bubble on the screen that I can't get out with the squeegee. Will it work itself out eventually?** A: No they probably won't, could be tiny flecks of dust, if not and If you have the the outer plastic you removed after installing film protector take that put over area and re squeegee the bubbles to edge of phone. It won't work I'd its flecks of dirt or dust. You will have to take off and redo with new film. **Q: Do you really need to put the camera protector on? Is it worth it? Do a lot of people put it on?** A: I think it would be worth putting a camera protector on to protect your lenses ... But since this is not a cheap phone, I decided to go with screen protectors on this one. I ordered these and a pack of glass protectors. The glass protector didn't look right, didn't cover the whole screen and left a big visible circle where the fingerprint scanner was, so I took it off immediately. I then put on one of these. Installation was super easy. Although the screen feels more rubbery now, it doesn't take long to get used to and provides good scratch resistance. Not sure how well it would fare in a fall or something falling onto the screen, but I'd rather not test that and that's also why I have a case on the phone. When I installed it, I noticed that the notch over the front camera didn't align. I think it was miscut as I followed the instructions to a tee. Not to worry, there were two more in the box. Second one fit perfectly, albeit a tiny air bubble which I'll get out. In addition to the three screen protectors, you also get three camera covers for the rear. I didn't use those as I don't think they'd fit in my case. But it is an amazing deal for the price nonetheless. Now here's the craziest part. Almost immediately after installing the first protector, I got an email from the company making sure I ordered the right protector for the right phone and that it installed correctly. I told them of the situation and they immediately sent me out a new set. They did not have to do that, but that is some amazing customer service. Not to mention they were super friendly. UPDATE 3/7: Still like the screen protector, but it is a fingerprint magnet. And after only a few days, I'm also realizing that it is not entirely case friendly.
