As we age, our body takes a toll and it can be difficult to receive nutrients from just foods. This is a dietary supplement that provides vitamin D3 and K2 needed to support the bone(vit.D3 works with Calcium and helps with immunity) and (K2 supports our arteries and bones) in our body. Been taking this for over 9 months since my vitamin D was 25. Got annual blood work done and now it's 76.
