It came broken and glued together

When you bring the phone close to it, the brackets opens and it closes automatically once the phone is in place. It is sturdy and doesn't rattle, even on bumpy roads. The best is it charges automatically and you don't have to battle with cables to get it charging. It is fitted on the air vent so it is kept cool by the air conditioner. Well worth the extra money, you pay for quality.
