| Never Hear A Door Slam Again (Peaceful Pink)

I usually don’t review things because I just don’t have the time, but I made time to write this one. I wish I would have know about this product sooner because it has been a lifesaver with my daughter. She had just turned 1 when she started having trouble falling asleep. I’d have to stay in her room with her until she was asleep, then sneak out. But every time I would turn the door knob it made a noise and woke her right back up. It took hours sometimes before I was finally able to get some sleep of my own. I began to look for a solution to this problem and came across this on Pinterest. I figured if it was on Pinterest then it was probably on Amazon so I searched and there it was! From day one of using the latchy catchy I was able to successfully put my little one in bed and sneak out without making a sound. I highly recommend this to anyone and will probably even start giving them as baby shower gifts .

This is a life-saver! My toddler-son is getting very independent, and shuts the door for fun .. AND effect ;). I was worried he would accidentally turn the handle lock and lock himself in. Enter the LC. Even if he DOES happen to turn the lock, it cannot engage so there is not way for him to be locked in. IT creates a good seal with the door. ( I have never had the door open in it own or swing open.) It is a muted, attractive pattern that coordinates well with the White door. It can be sooo easily removed, if necessary, but is snug and there is no slipping. Yes, it IS pricey, for a piece of fabric, but is is PERFECT for what I need .. Would recommend it 1000000 times!

It works, but the door won't shut completely. Prob our door's fault, not the product. We have a son who likes to slam the door repeatedly, not much we can do about that, however. (Why he does this is private.) But with this product, plus another inside the door frame to muffle the sound, it's now bearable and doesn't wake us up too early anymore. So thanks, thanks, thanks! Added on January 10, 2021: After using the product for a few weeks we now declare it wonderful! The slamming has stopped, completely. The door will shut, no problem with that, but no more slam-slam-slam. Thank you so much! This product works 100%

I love this little invention! It is pure genius! We live in a trailer. Now it is a nice trailer and also a newer one, but sadly the doorknob to our nursery is quite noisy. It squeaks and almost rattles like clanking chains when you are trying to leave a sleeping baby in secret. Ok this is an exaggeration, but only a slight one to a frazzled mama's nerves as I am trying to leave my sleeping baby actually asleep when I leave! So enter this product! Instead of needing a new doorknob I just slip this on and ta-da - the door is closed or opened and there is no more noise - just sweet golden silence! :) The one drawback is my big ole fat kitty can push it open and wake the baby!!! Blarg!!! Now personally I still rate this product 5 stars as it's really great for anyone without rude kitties (or other types of persons) who know no boundaries!

I do not recommend anyone purchase this for the simple fact it’s not worth more than a couple dollars! The craftsmanship is not good the bungee/elastic part is ripped and the runner is already exposed so it’s a matter of a week or so before it breaks. It is very thin and the stitching is not even. The amount paid for a product that won’t hold up more than a week is simply not worth it. A person can buy some craft stuff and make this cheaper and more solid. It’s a simple and great idea but not worth the money. Will be looking to return.

We live in a house where the doors shut quite loudly. Our two teenage children had a very hard time shutting their doors quietly, we have newborn baby and when we’d put him down for a nap the slamming doors would wake him up. These worked amazingly to make sure the doors would shut softly without a sound!! Simple and inexpensive LOVE THEM!!

It is cloth, cut and sewed with hair ties on the ends, and very easy to make. I was feeling really lazy and didn't want to drag out the sewing machine to make one, so ordered one here. It arrived looking like the photo..but had some very immature crooked seams sewn on it. Looked more like a 5th grade beginner sewing project than professional item, especially for the high cost charged vs how little time it takes to actually make one/materials used. I wish they had all the options in the photo available to purchase as well. Would I buy one again..maybe, if I'm feeling lazy. Would I recommend this product..yeah, probably. It works fine, and is cute. I wish mine were slightly smaller or rubber ties had less slack though.. it holds the door lock in, but only about 96%, it could be better. These are hand made though, not factory made, so there will be variances.

for 10 bucks id say this was the best 10 bucks ever spent. The door to our 1st son's room(he is 1.5 yrs old), can stick and the handle is very noisy when turning it. i sometimes can do it pretty quietly but 80% of the time it makes a loud click or noise of some sort, even when i am playing mission impossible/James bond. This product has been a life saver, it makes it where i don't have to turn the knob to open and close the door and makes getting out very easy without making the boy hear as i leave. easy to install and still keeps the door shut taught enough where it wont open on its own. i recommend giving it a try if you have trouble putting your baby to bed because leaving the room makes them wake up and cry.
