Why did you pick this product vs others?: I am new to gardening and I am doing so well with these loofa! It does not take much to grow, but you do need the space for the vines to grow. I got my first flower today and so excited! I am like a little kid in the candy store!!!! I would highly recommend these seeds! (I am live in the USDA Plant Hardiness Zone 9a)

I wasn't sure they were going to grow, they started out very slow. Then took forever to flower but now they are in full producing mode. Just hoping they dry out enough before the first frost

About 80% germination on first batch, some were late, but the first four popped up within 48hrs. Thats good for me, I dont need a lot of them. They grow fast and spindly at first, used some skewers to support. Moved them outside after one true leaf established, seem to be doing okay. Will watch seller site for future selections as there are a lot of bad seeds on market, but these were great.

These grow slowly, but are huge plants. Space according to instructions to avoid crowding or moisture entrapment. They produce multiple 'gourds' which you peel and dry for exfoliating sponges. Value for cost and fun to grow, dry and use. Sponges are giftable .

I use the nip the side edge with clippers and put it in a wet paper towel/baggie method and had 100% success rate with every seed! These make great climbing garden plants and produce wonderful scrubbers for face/body, pots, dishware. I have never had the success I had with these seeds before! I am looking forward to big vines of luffas this fall.

I planted half in soil and other half i soaked in paper towel. Neither grew at all! Revamp: found 4 plants from where I threw the soil out! 2 of the plants grew out and did great!
