Warps and flings food/grease in the oven
Do not buy this set. The grids are fine, except they’re oversized and only fit these garbage sheet pans.I really wanted to like these, and even bought a set to give as a gift (thank goodness I hadn’t given it to them yet). But the sheet pan literally warped diagonally, and suddenly, and flung sausage grease all over the bottom of my oven at 2am, causing the grease to burn to the bottom of the oven and set off every smoke alarm in the house in the middle of the night. Not cool with a sleeping husband and 1 year old.I figured I’d give the second one a shot and used it to toast buns and melt cheese on them in the toaster oven at about 325F. The second pan did the exact same thing. At least there wasn’t any grease to fling this time. The pans are shiny pretty garbage. The racks are nice and sturdy, but oversized, so they don’t work with standard commercial style/size 1/4 sheet pans.

"Quarter Sheet" means something specific
Read carefully. A quarter sheet pan is a known quantity, it should be roughly 9x13. It is specifically a quarter of a full sheet pan, or half the size of a half sheet pan. The one I bought was 9x7, smaller than a sheet of notebook paper. It's cute. It seems well made, but I should have read better. I assumed it was a quarter sheet because it's labeled that. Actually none of these are a quarter sheet. It's a fine sheet, but they should change the name, it's deceptive.

Discolored the first time they were used.
I am so disappointed. I wanted to love these new baking sheets with racks, but....I do not! I searched for info regarding prepping for first use. Finding none, I set my oven to 400 degrees, sprayed olive oil on the rack and sheet, wrapped a sweet potato in heavy-duty foil, and put the sheet, rack, and potato into the oven. When it was done, I removed it all. The sweet potato had leaked some, so I put the sheet and rack into some hot soapy water to remove what had leaked onto the sheet. I came back in 5 minutes to wash and my beautiful, shiny, stainless steel baking sheet was now yellowed and would not come clean. :-( Does anyone have any insight into how I could have prevented this from happening? I have three more nice, new shiny sheets and do not want this to happen to them as well. Thank you in advance!Update, a company representative reached out to me and offered to correct my problem. I am most impressed with this company's level of professionalism, commitment, and dedication to both product and customer service. Buy with confidence. Thank you, Cekee!

AWESOME STURDY SET THAT COMES WITH COLING RACK. STAINLESS STEEL IS THE BEST!
This wonderful set is made of stainless steel. My material of choice because it is healthy optionbut also because it is so easy to clean. Unlike aluminum that can not go to the dishwasher, stainless steel is very forgiving and you can throw it in and wash in the dishwasher. The cooling racks are amazing. They let you to either put the whole sheet on it to addcooling from the bottom if needed but also let you cool finished productdirectly on them. Think cookies.. think sheets of cake..ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS ITEM. PRICE IS VERY FRIENDLY AND THE QUALITY IS AMAZING.

looks like they will last a long time
Smaller than I expected. Dishwasher safe. Appears well made. Much more useful for a family of 2 seniors than the huge thing I had before. We will still line the pan with foil to keep it clean, but dishwasher takes care of almost everything. I recommend it to anyone preparing small quanitities.
