I received this product in good shape and it performed nicely. It took a bit longer to receive than we would have expected a year ago (before covid) but no complaints, I would buy from the seller again. I upgraded a Beelink SEI (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08PBKLNKG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) from 16 to 32 gb of ram and turned it into a low cost virtualization server/home lab.
