This item didn't even last 3 weeks. The noise coming through the tubing is loud and depending on which way it rotates on you if is either blowing cold air on your body or towards you face and eyes. If you need more humidity but your room is cooler (winter time) and condensation develops, water starts dripping out of the swivel where it connects to the nose pillows and then it wakes you up as the cold water drops hit you lips or the side of your face and then runs down you face and neck. In just less than three weeks the 90% of the tubing suddenly separated from the hose below the swivel as one other reviewers posted a picture here. Now I'm search to replace this product and am without my CPAP>

Luv the design elements that are an improvement over Resmed's original.The air expulsion vent is my only caveat. The Resmed blew air to both L & R sides and forced me to cover my arms or feel A quite annoying breeze. This blows it from the front; but the swivel of the mask attachment also blows on my arms when I turn side to side . I use a Hanging device that keeps the hose from getting in my way while sleeping. If I put it above my head than I don't have this issue. It's a small adjustment that may only be idiosyncratic to me.The headgear was sooooo comfortable and stable (no displacement or leaks), the swivel feature was smooth and made tossing and turning seamless and allowed me to stop fighting with my hose.Did I say I LUV THIS THING?!!!! Cudos to the team that engineered it's changes. So appreciated unplugging the mask from CPAP at the nasal juncture -also smooth and easy to manipulate even while half asleep.Then there is the pricepoint...33 bucks compared to 69 or 75 from Resp vendors.I highly recommend this mask...that said as for durability? well we'll see how that goes...my orginal lasted 1 and a half years.

Good price, and it does work. However, there is substantial air pressure escape from the mouthpiece, much more than the OEM. Wife made me stop using, too loud. Like the adjustable strap though.
