Easy to understand and very informative. Lots of pictures and explanations. I really think this should be taught to everyone, our bodies need to be helped to stay flexible.

I bought this book for my wife, but was a little unsure of what I was going to get, because the description is a little lacking.It turned out to be pretty good, though. There's 144 pages with a semiglossy finish.The thing I like best about it is that virtually every page is filled with large or multiple, full-color photographs or color diagrams.Massage techniques are numbered sequences.It seems very thorough, and although I don't plan to read it, my wife was very pleased with it (she was also relieved that I didn't get The Idiot's Guide to Reflexology, which seemed like another good beginner book).

I'm studying reflexology and this fits right in with my other material. It contains instruction for both foot and hand reflexology. It is also easy to do research on a problem area.

The manual was received in a timely manner. Of course when it arrived, I immediately looked for any flaws that might have not been discribed in the initial contact.I am already an owner of one of these manuals. I bought it used and it was written some years ago. I wanted to know more about reflexology before I went to a practitioner.

The book has very good illustrations and covers extensive subject matter in Reflexology.

Simple instructions. Best used for doing the procedures on someone other than yourself. Not many examples of how to self- treat.

Great images and very helpful for beginners.It isn't very descriptive, but for beginners it is a great book to get started with.
