Good quality but...
It's good product and long rope,but when you go for perform overhead tricep excercise ,that time the rope is not stable and the middle of rope grip has Continuosly change into one side,which make form gonna wrong.i hope you got my point.

Wrong information provided by seller
First of all I was sceptical that how can someone give a 36" tricep push down rope at 349 only. Then when I got the product I saw how they are fooling customers by providing cheap quality product with length 23". I put forward for a replacement but it was taking too much time. Finally when I called customer care they said that the seller has cancelled the replacement and I can only opt for a refund only.

Strong, durable and fit for purpose
Strong rope, comfortable grip. Been using it for a few months regularly and no concerns re durability so far. The included carabiner is also really solid and better than the ones that came with my power tower.
