Instant Pot Cookbook: The Quick and Easy Complete Pressure Cooker Guide with Tons of Delicious Recipes

First off, this cookbook by Lisa Alagna is great. It's extremely helpful for newbies, as well as for more experienced users. With that said, here's the story about how my wife became an Instant Pot fanatic. I have to admit that when I purchased an Instant Pot for my wife, I had no idea that it was going to be the start of a new chapter in our life. Without having the slightest idea as to what the Instant Pot was capable of doing, I bought one on a whim during one of Amazon's Lightning Deals. In all honesty, had I known what I was getting involved in, I probably wouldn't have made such an impulsive purchase.A few hours after placing the order for the Instant Pot, I told my wife that I had purchased it for her. Her immediate reaction was for me to cancel the order, as she informed me that we already had a pressure cooker. I tried to explain to her that this was a very special pressure cooker, and that I had scooped up a sensational lightning deal. That went over like a lead balloon, and she still insisted that I cancel the order. So, I go to the Amazon order page and click cancel. A few minutes later, I receive an email stating that it's too late to cancel, as the order is already being prepared for shipping. Now, I was really in the hot seat.Fast forward three months, and my wife not only kept the Instant Pot, but she can't stop talking about it. She literally uses this thing every single day, sometimes multiple times a day. She even calls up the company with questions about its use on a weekly basis. She's read the manual completely through, twice. She's purchased several Kindle books, and borrowed even more from the library.It seems that there are more books written about the Instant Pot, than on just about any other subject you can think of. With that said, some of the books are good, and others are bad, really bad. This particular one by Lisa Alagna is among the best we've found. Lisa is a master chef and restaurant owner. She knows what she's talking about, and she knows how to write.My wife has found this book to be among the best that she's read about the Instant Pot and the many recipes that can be made with it. She's finding this book to be extremely helpful as she continues to devour every bit of information she can find about its uses. In her opinion, this book is fantastic. It contains tons of information on the use of the Instant Pot, as well as a plethora of great recipes for all occasions. This book is a winner.So, the bottom line is that while at first, my wife was upset with me for buying the Instant Pot, she's now a complete convert. She's determined to learn everything there is to know about this remarkable kitchen appliance. Thanks to Lisa Alagna's latest book, my wife's dreams of becoming the queen of Instant Pot cooking are fast becoming a reality.
