After using this product for about two weeks the black part of belt ripped and continued to rip each time used it!! Would not recommend this product!!

Excellent quality!
I purchased this as one of several fitness products to get an early start on my New Year's resolution to get in shape. It's great quality and so far the benefits indicated on the box seem to be accurate. The only disappointment is that no product directions or information was including inside the box along with the belt. It's a pretty self-explanatory item but I do appreciate instructions just to make sure I'm using the item properly for maximum benefit.
