This apple/pear corer is very heavy duty and exceptional to use. My other apple/pear corer is hard to hold and even more difficult to center on the fruit to make sure the core is removed. With this product you place the fruit in the designed holder and with the support guided corer push down and the fruit is cored. Barely any pressure is needed to accomplish this. Our grandkids eat a lot of apples from our trees. I wish I had this sooner. It removes a lot of the work in coring apples/pears.

This is so easy to use, it stores well, the blades are really sharp and it takes no time to cut an apple!

This item allows you to line the apple up perfectly for cutting. It cores the apple straight down the middle unlike some other apple cutters. It is easy and compact to store.

I eat 2 to 3 apples a day so this comes in quite handy however it is three total pieces that come apart for cleaning. The bottom piece gets Apple skins and pieces stuck in it so you often have to get a brush or a knife to actually get all that out to clean it. It is very sturdy and does a great job slicing through fruit but if cleaning frequently withSeveral different pieces is annoying to you this is not the product for you

Really like the SpeedSlice apple corer / pear slicer. It's a sturdy little gadget and it gets job done faster than you can say "SpeedSlice" in your best fighting game character voice l, I chose Sagat from street fighter when I last cored an apple. the woman I shared the slices with hasn't called back but deep down she knows I showed that organic honey crisp who the penultimate boss is. My only real issue and it's minor is the guide is only on one side, I assume it's so you can slide your fruit right unto the base and to make overall clean up easier so as I write this an actually think about I think I'm on the fence about which is better Ken or Ryu or one guard or two.
