Mic Sounds Nice
Came in great timing and was able to build my mic rack and worked like a charm. Endless movement without dropout. This should be in your rack if you’re doing more than 2 microphones.

Shure Wireless Antenna Distribution
This is the 2nd distribution box that I have purchased and now it is daisy chained with the 1st so that our 9 wireless mikes can all use the ceiling mounted antennas. Also, it comes with all the cables to connect the wireless receivers and eliminate the individual power bricks. Each unit handles 4 plus the daisy chain. On the last unit you can use the daisy chain connection for a 5th antenna pair.

Using on Shure BLX-R Kits
I have 4 Shure BLX-R kits in a rolling case for a portable sound system. Originally I was just using the short antennae that come with the BLX units. After a few gigs I noticed that the range was significantly shorter than they should be (>50'), most likely due to the fact that they are in the rolling case and 4 pairs of antenna crowd that small space. Purchases the Shure UA844 and routed all 4 units into it and now the range has about tripled! Very happy with this purchase.

This is a great piece of gear
I just got introduced to the idea of antenna distribution when trying to solve a microphone issue in a house of worship, and this unit absolutely rocks. I paired it up with Shure BLX24R receivers and SM58 microphones, and there are now no dead spots for the stic mics throughout the room. Add to it that it allows for the distribution of power to the receivers as well, and it is a home run addition to my rack. Great piece of gear, highly recommended.
