No bubble wrap. No fragile indication on parcel. Received 1 broken cup. Otherwise cups look great.

Manufacturing design
the mug was found manufacturing design defect. found a curve in the bottom layer of the mug which would deposit a layer of sedimentation of tea or coffee or other similar drinking material. kindly return or replace it with a better design of straight mugs without any curve. thank you. regards.
