Perfect casing always cool for the NVME SSD HARD DRIVE

I really liked the aluminum case and the temperature display. However, after 3.5 weeks or so, the fan started to make noise. I tried opening the case and oiling the fan bearing, but the noise still comes back

I recently had a hard drive failure on my primary laptop. While I had it backed up, transferring 700 Gig to another computer took over 10 hours using the traditional external hard drive. Using the supplied type c usb cable and a 2TB NVME M.2 SSD I get transfers at 980 Mbps saving lots of time backing up my new laptop. A bit of a pricey arrangement for me well worth it. The fan is quiet it keeps SSD at reasonable temp.

18 minutes to move 580gb onto SS860 M.2 SSD @535 mb/s. Temperature topped out 31 d/celsius before moving back down. After trying many other similar devices this I give this one an A.Installing M.2's is easy. Temperature readout is clear. Device sits in hand well. Connectors and cables are thick.

Stopped working after about a year of intermittent use. Was a solid enclosure while it lasted. Build quality feels nice. Temperature readout is a nice touch. Speeds were good (dependent on the hard drive within, obviously). Fan is not particularly quiet, but not too bad. But evidently, longevity isn't great.
