Misleading Country of Origin - VIP Suitcase
I recently purchased the Blue Color VIP Suitcase from Amazon, expecting a high-quality product made in India, as indicated on the suitcase itself. However, upon closer inspection, I was shocked to find that the bag label reveals a different story - "Country of Origin: Bangladesh" and "Imported in India by VIP Mumbai".This is unacceptable and misleading. As a customer, I have the right to know the true origin of the product I'm purchasing. VIP's attempt to pass off a Bangladeshi-made product as Indian-made is deceitful and erodes trust.While the suitcase itself seems decent, the discrepancy in country of origin raises concerns about quality control, materials, and labor practices. I demand transparency and accuracy in product labeling.Pros:Decent quality suitcaseCons: Misleading country of origin, lack of transparencyRecommendation: Amazon and VIP must ensure accurate labeling and transparency about product origins. Good quality at good price
Serve the purpose , would like to buy more in red colour in that price.

No expansion possible
Bag is good, light weight and VIP. But 2 things I didn't like -1. No expansion zippers to increase capacity of bag which is common in most trolley soft case bags. This was not clear in the product details.2. The internal cloth between top cover pocket zips are very thin. Means if that cloth get torn, then one can get full access of the main compartment after unzipping the outer pocket zip. The separation material between top lid and inside compartment whould be thicker and not filmsy.
