I'm sure it can, I guess it depends on the kind of look you are going for. I use it alone, but I like the more "natural" look. I personally don't like the penciled in look on myself.

Wand to big

The wand is the length of a mascara wand. I prefer the small ones as I feel I have better control when applying. The color is on point and I haven't sweated it off in this heat.
