3wks post-op triple hernia operation and wow! I'm by no means over weight, just very hard on my body. I have an incision from hip to hip for my two lower inguinal Hernias and one two inch incision from bellybutton up.That said, this set was the best purchase I've made for 2025. Very easy to use, core activation all the way across, but subtle enough to not over work the lower abdominis and oblique. Definitely recommend for hernia recovery.

I bought these for my kids when they need to move around during homework or TV. They come with a pump, easy to use, they are thick so you don’t have to worry about them popping.

Couldn't function without this. Takes care of the kinks as without being overly aggressive.

I love that it came with an air pump. I'll have to use it frequently because this deflates after a while. But I love the shape.

I loved that this purchase came as a bundle of three items. I have used and still use each for comfort, as a chair, prepping for labor, stretching and exercise. Definitely needs to be on a baby registry or for any pregnant mamma out there.

I followed some online directions for filling these, then I waited for 24-hours before attempting to use them. The black ball lost deflated quite a bit over the last two days and the green ball also air, not as much as the black one. For the reputation of Chirp, I thought these would be of better quality. I’ve had a large generic work out ball for years and it took over two years or more before it lost air.

So I bought this on a whim with my HSA funds. I’m always looking for things to help with mobility as I deal with a lot of chronic pain. I didn’t expect much from these but omg they’ve been a life saver.The blue ball doesn’t hold air as well, but it’s easy to blow up. I have weak hands and can do it in 30 seconds. The blue ball is best for overall stretching & rolling around. I have ADHD and I’ve been using it for work breaks throughout the day and it helps regulate me and get me focused again. Feels great on the back. I like to lay on my stomach too and use it to support some yoga positions.The black ball is smaller, holds air very well. It gives a more intense stretch from what I can tell, especially on the lower back.I weigh over 250lbs and these have held up great to my weight and I’m not gentle on them at all. I’m really digging this Chirp product and hope to try some others eventually!

Wanted a product that fit in my truck easily and could use with babies and toddlers in early intervention. Lots of variety usage out of it!
