If you’ve been looking for a cup rinser for your sink, this is it. I’ve been looking at different brands and options since the first one launched on Kickstarter and Delta released their version - but there was always something that didn’t feel right (regardless of the cost).The base is usually chromed plastic, or the arms (which are attached to the spout) are plastic and breakable - or metal that can chip the glass. Most are designed to be mounted on a flat surface and not designed to be on a sink with a lip (which wouldn’t have worked for me). Four jets versus five, versus nine - and do they have enough pressure? Or most brands seems to sell individual components - yes, you’ll save a couple bucks… but by the time you buy the tray and the rest of the parts, add $20 for the supply hose, another $10 for the diverter… and good luck if everything even fits together - it’s just not worth the hassle.I saw this product recently on Amazon and it almost looked too good to be true. It seemed to solve all my concerns - and at a great price. I took a gamble even though it didn’t have any reviews, and I couldn’t be happier.The tray is a heavy gauge stainless steel. You won’t be disappointed; this will fit in with any high-end kitchen design and will last a lifetime. The trigger arms are stainless steel so they won’t break, covered in a silicone so you don’t chip your glasses, and they’re removable from the spout for easy cleaning. There are nine jets and more than enough pressure to run them. The tray comes with an attached tilted rubber riser on the bottom to accommodate for a raised lip around the rim of your sink if necessary - removable if you don’t need it. The supply hose and all mounting screws, clamps and washers are included, as well as the diverter and a couple cleaning cloths - and easy to follow instructions.I didn’t have an existing hole in my sink so had to drill a new one (7/8”) - but it was easier than expected. (You’ll need a drill and bit - not included - if you don’t already have a spare hole from the faucet or integrated soap pump.) Once I made the hole, install took about two minutes.I cannot explain how happy we are with it. It looks like it’s always been there and fits in perfectly with our sink. We’ve been using it (aka playing with it) non-stop since it’s been installed, and we’ve had no issues. The spray works every time without issue.Again, if you’ve been looking - this is the one to get. It looks great. It’s incredibly well built and sturdy. I have no doubt it will outlast the sink.

Not Good

I was replacing my faucet and sprayer and took the opportunity to install this rinser in place of the sprayer. It is awesome!! I chose this particular one because it all stainless steel. Built solid. It was larger than I expected from seeing photos but only because I didn’t look at measurements. It is super simple to install. We hooked ours up to the hot water. No more excuses for things not rinsed out! Highly recommend.
