I bought this to replace the cuff on my new BP machine that was hard both in material and to put on arm, it did not fit right and was not giving me accurate readings at times and it was pretty useless to me, This cuff is soft, easy to put on arm and works much better than the cuff that came with my machine, it was well worth getting. I preferred getting a better cuff than buying another new BP monitor with maybe the same cheap cuff as the one on my BP monitor. I made the right choice for me.

We bought this cuff for my husband since the regular size cuff did not get accurate readings. This one has worked well we’ve had no problems with it. We’ve even took the machine into the doctor to have her compared to their readings and they were spot on.

I really like the size and value of this oversized cuff for my blood pressure monitor. It reads as accurately as my doctor's cuff at his office. It's lightweight and easily adjustable for your arm width. It's extremely easy to use with the various Adapters it comes with for different BP machines. Also I will praise the customer service of the seller as they recently promptly took care of an issue I had with the item. I am very happy with this product.

I needed a larger BP cuff, which is shockingly hard to find. I ordered this based on good reviews. I'm not sure if I got a dud, but unfortunately mine did not work at all. I ensured that the fit was correct, with markings lined up as they are supposed to be and the "index" between the two arrows. I chose the connector that fit my Omron. The first 2 tries, the pressure got up to about 16 and then gave E1. The third try happened to work and I got a reading, although it was much lower than I would have expected. Since I don't have another way to check, I can't compare. However, every time after that gave an E1 error, which means that the connection might not be good, the fit may be wrong, or the cuff is not inflating properly for whatever reason. Sometimes it stops as soon as it starts; sometimes it gives me false hope and gets all the way up in the teens and then stops. Unfortunately I will be returning this one. It also seemed like the cuff was very hard to put on without assistance. It felt floppier than I'm used to and wanted to fold over around the D-ring section. I do see it works for others so thought this fit note might be worth a mention.

it really almsot fits my very large and wide arms, there is plenty of space once i wrapped it around for the stethscope, , how ever if you are usign an atuomatic blood pressure unit or even a semi automatic blood pressure unit, as in a mnaul inflation with digital parts and maechanination, the cuff will work out for you, perhaps, ?, other htna this or that, i reccomend stetchy matierl over he material of this cuff, as well as a custom fit cuff, for tohse with odd size limbs such as mine, , this cuff almsot fits my arm, , the velcore closures for this cuff seem off, i ma not sure if that is he intended, or not, just seemned strange is all, at any rate, it is well made, and can be clned if hand washed crfully, and then dried in dryer on a low to mid heat for around 6 - 8 , minutes be sure to check carfully as your cuff material could shrink beyond eh intended or uninteneded , , thank you everyone, some soaps are not good for it's meterial cleaning, i mean the cuff it self , not he bladder or tubing, as the tube can be removed it seems for meh bladder it self, and he bladder cna be rmeoved as well, which makes clenaing eh matieral ideal at least for me, , see i neh old days when hey clend a blood pressure cuffthey used gas to clean and sterlize the cuff , yes eh whole thing, , they acutally toguht it hlped, yes gross right, any wyas, have a good one folks, thank you so very much :), nomastaye,

I had to wait a while to try this out as the machine was back at work (FIFO). easy to fit to my machine and comes with many adaptors to ssuit various brands. plenty of room for my bigger arms. It would serve most sizes but would probably be a bit cumbersome for kids.

Bought this for my elderly father. It fits him perfectly and works with his Omron blood pressure monitor. Good value and seems to read accurately compared to existing standard cuff. He’s happy with it. Good value for money.

Bought this for my wife because she was constantly getting erratic numbers with the cuff that came with our Omron. The smaller cuff gave better readings and fit her thinner arms much better than the original. It also comes with different nozzles in case you have a different BP machine.
