The kit contains 2 adapters. The thread is NPT 1 1/4 thus it is good for TetraPond 18W UV clarifier and also good for water input/output bulkhead of my 120 Gal tank. One adapter has its hose side not really round thus the tubing leaked. Have to add teflon tape and squeeze hard the metal hose clamp. The new green plastic is much brittle than the original grey one on TetraPond UV unit, so this new adapter cracked after one week. Have to remove both of them.

Returned because the screw on end is too big for my filter.

It is exactly like the one that comes with it. My old one cracked and this was a perfect replacement. Golda, Gilly, and Goldie are much happier now. I can actually see their smile when they come to the surface to eat. If I'm reading their lips correctly, it looks like they are saying "Thank Yoooo"
