Great fence and some useful tips
Installed this morning. Took about an hour. Overall this is a surprisingly high quality fence. Here are some tips on installation which you may find useful. Keep in mind this is for my 14" Jet so if you have a different model my advice may not apply.1) Put a washer between the rail and the table. This will keep the fence from interfering with the table which can happen if your table is not completely smooth. You can see this in one of my pics where the bolt holes are on slightly protruding portions of the table. A nice touch by Jet, but I noticed that the fence would sometimes catch there when I was adjusting it.2) Cut the measuring tape before you attach it. It is made of pretty tough stuff. Easier to trim before you stick it to the rail. No need to make it flush on the left - that part will never be used.3) When attaching the fence rest the fence on a couple of washers before you tighten it. This will keep a nice even gap between the table and the fence. I prefer having this gap as it prevents sawdust from collecting there.4) Lubricate the rails. I use paste wax which seem to last a long time.5) Kreg provides a couple of extra set screws. I guess those are easy to lose. In any case simply tape the somewhere on the fence so you don't lose them. I know if I put them away I would never find them again!A couple of nitpicks or possible improvements.1) I would be nice if Kreg provided an insert for the slot on the bottom of the fence which would allow the fence to glide smoothly on the table when loose. In fact, a few of these would be useful to have.2) The measuring tape only works for one orientation of the fence. Not sure what can be one about this. Also, pretty sure most wood workers will measure the fence distance directly rather than rely on the installed tape.3) The fence does fall slightly when moved off the table. Again, not sure that to do about this. Not a big deal anyway.ConclusionOverall, pretty happy with this fence. Sure beats the OEM fence and for the price is a nice upgrade. May get the resaw attachment but probably not the micro adjuster, although that looks tempting.

Best $107.95 I ever spent. Great fence for the money.
I recently bought a 14" Delta Band Saw on closeout from Lowes. The fact that it didn't come with a fence didn't bother me since from everything I read, told me the stock fences just weren't all that good. I did my research, and learned about correcting for drift, adjusting parallel to the blade, etc. I read a few of the negatives for this fence, so I set out to find something better in the same general price range. I just could find anything that I thought would be better. So I bought this fence from Amazon. I unpacked the fence, read the instructions, and proceeded to install the fence. It fit my Delta saw like a glove. No Need for any drilling for my saw, and I had it installed in just under 30 minutes (including the adjustments). About the only negative was the glue holding the measuring tape . It came off the tape, but not the paper on the other side of the glue. Fortunately, I only pealed back an inch or so before noticing this. I can see where I might have to replace this down the road. But once I figured it out, it went on smoothly. And the other negative is that the fence doesn't go all the way across the table. Not a huge issue, and I probably won't ever really notice it anyway. Then I made some test cuts on some 4" high maple (I don't have the riser block on my saw). I was using a 1/2 inch Timberwolf blade, and it cut smoothly through the maple with very few saw marks. I then tried to cut a block into 1/4" slices. The final slice left about 1/16 (or slightly less than 1/16") as the waste. But that piece was as clean as the thicker slices. When I showed my son the slice, he was really impressed. He said he thought I was handing him a piece of sandpaper. It was so thin, you could light coming through. All in all, I could not be much happier with the fence.OK, here's my detailed ratingsPackaging - 5 stars. Everything was packaged correctly with no missing parts.Instructions - 5 stars. Very good instructions with clear pictures. I really liked the tips.Quality - 4.5 stars Would be 5 except for the length of the fence. Time will tell on the measuring tape.Function - 5 stars There is a little play before locking down. Not a big issue, and it set easily.Value - 5 Stars For the price, I don't think you could ask for more. (Ok, maybe a fence a few inches longer)

Works as advertised
Great bandsaw fence and perfectly fit my Jet 14" bandsaw. It's a little pricey for what it is, but that's Kreg for you. Very easy to adjust for blade drift after install. I haven't had to adjust anything since dialing it in, but even if I had, very easy to adjust. The only issue you will see in my review and all the videos on YouTube, for some reason the bolt heads that go into the fence do not fit. I thought maybe the one guy on YouTube just bought a dud, but no, none of them fit including mine. You will have to file, grind, or even sand (which is what I did, just took 60 grit with a ROS for a few seconds.) It's very easy to do, but doesn't make sense that they make, package, and sell them that way to purposely not fit together? Either way, great fence, you won't be dissapointed.
