Just what I needed
My 6yr. old has the same headphones that are pictures and we needed a case because we take them to the library for school daily. This worked perfectly. We just hook it to the outside if her backpack and the headphones are safe.

Does not work for hard cat ear headphones
Misleading photo. If you look at the pic carefully, you'll see the ears they have are soft and can fold down. This case doesn't work for the hard plastic cat ear headphones with the pretty lights. Nice case, just too small and not built specifically for the popular cat ear or unicorn light-up headphones. And no off-putting smell. (Review is for the product, which is a case; no electronics included. )
