KIDS PREFERRED Beatrix Potter Peter Rabbit Wooden Tea Set for Pretend Play, 11 Pieces

This is a “display only” gift. The wooden items can not be around any sort of liquid at all. The paint immediately starts to peal off and the wood starts to swell up within matter of minutes. I tea pot handle came apart a few days after I received the set. I will mention we used the set as a teapot set, that could have been the problem, but I am not sure of the true reason. The crafting, colors and painting on the plate is just absolutely adorable. I just couldn’t resist buying the set. Yet all I have left in good condition after 2 weeks are the serving plate and the soft cookies. For my children, unfortunately I need to look for something we can play with. I loved the idea of having a wooden set.

Excellent tea set for out little one. She has always been enchanted with Peter Rabbit and the animal stories by Beatrix Potter. Actually I have always loved them too. This set fits our needs perfectly. It comes out on droopy days when she needs a special time. It is just. Pleasure to sip our ‘tea’ and munch on vanilla wafers. Sometimes she invites the teddy bear family to join us we love this tea set. Much needed item in our house.
