Orbit 58993 7-Pattern Watering Nozzle with Thumb Control, Black

I bought this after the metal one we purchased stop working right. I waited to leave a review to make sure it was a good one. I love it. It’s durable, it doesn’t leak and has enough spray options. It’s simple and I’m really impressed especially for what we paid. I’ll be getting another one to replace the front metal one that is unpredictable.

The media could not be loaded. Great product. Very well built. The thumb control is nice, it's not just a simple "on/off" lever, you can actually adjust the intensity of the flow. I've used it for several days and it works great !

This is a very nice heavy duty sprayer with multiple spray options, I use the shower option the most to water plants and it works very well. The full spray option is not very powerful. The on off is a dial on the top which is easy to use and the handle is very comfortable.

Excellent sprayer. I am a gardener of many years and I have a vegetable garden and flower gardens. I own many different hoses, different hose reels and different sprayers all over my property. Years ago, Black and Decker made the best hose sprayer. That company no longer makes that sprayer which is ashame because so many gardeners loved that sprayer as well. THIS SPRAYER is a close match to the design 9fcthat Black and Decker Sprayer. I wanted sprayer with the WORDS PRINTED On the turning mechanism to select which type of flow you want. The sprayers with just a symbol can be hard to determine which flow you will get. I wanted a sprayer with this curved handle that can not get caught on anything if you need to lay down your hose and pull it. I just got this sprayer today. It feels solid and well made. The dial flow selection turns well. The sprayer is not heavy which I like...yet feels well made. I will update later if I experience any problems. I disconnect my sprayers and store them in my home during winter.

I bought this 14 months ago, liked it so well a month later bought a second one. It seemed very well made, metal, easy to turn the knob, no leaking, just over all great until today! I went to use it like I normally do and the whole front blew off. It is totally plastic inside and it just broke. BTW, I keep this inside in the winter months. Total usage would be about 10 months. There is only a one year warranty so in the garbage it goes! I would be willing to pay more for this same nozzle if they made the inside metal and it would last for years and years. Such a throw away society we live in! Bye-bye to Orbit products. They have always been my go to. Not anymore though I don't know if I will find anything better - nobody makes things like they used to. UPDATE: Its October 2023 and the second one I bought started leaking today at the red on-off nozzle. So disappointed in this product! The second one lasted less than 18 months. These two replaced nozzles I had for over 20 years!
