IntegralP Series 5 512GB SATA III 2.5 Internal SSD, up to 560MB/s Read 540MB/s Write

It's not the fastest drive out there but it will serve for resurrecting older hardware or acting as a backup drive or the like.My only grumble and the reason I've removed a star is the screw holes (for the mounting screws). The are incredibly cheap and badly finished with metal burrs on the inner edge of the screw. This makes it hard (well impossible) to fully screw in the mounting screws. If you have freakishly short mounting screws then you'll probably be OK but if you are reusing mounting screws from an older drive (as I was) you might find they don't fit. I guess I could have run a tap through the screws to clear out the burrs but I should not have to do that (besides the screws are probably so cheap they're completely disintegrate).

Ordered a few of these and so far 1 has failed entirely within just a few months of purchase. That being said integral did send a free replacement under warranty, thankfully setup in RAID so no data loss.

I wanted to make this review as soon as I got it, but now that I've had it since early December I can confidently say that I've had absolutely zero issues with it. I know that SSDs slow down with time + the percentage of it used but so far I haven't noticed this one being slower.About 700GB out of 1TB is used and I can't say I've got any complaints. I'm planning to buy another (maybe 2TB this time) as they are some of the best value SSDs I see on Amazon. I definitely recommend.

Thought I would review after giving the ssd a few months of use. I'm using drive as a storage drive for storing large sample librarys for music production.Set up was painless, in and working after a quick format in a few minutes. Ssd storage for music poduction is a must, the ability to load samples and preview quickly is a boon for workflow. Im useing mainliy for Native Instruments Kontakt librarys and Arturia sample instruments.Working flawlessly for thre months now. Would highly reccomend :)

Working fine, a way faster than HDD. It is new life for your laptop or pc still working on HDD. Good product.

My laptop had the old style hard drive. Bought this for less the fifteen pounds and my seven year old Laptop is nearly as fast as my new one, I am on the internet with 15 seconds of turning it on. Easy to install and setup Windows.

Had these before, so I trust the brand. Good value for a pretty big drive. Treated myself to one, then bought another to upgrade my sons pc!!
