If you're on the fence about spending the money on this, get off it right now. I was hesitant to spend this kind of money on a brand I have never heard of before, but because of the reviews and the information available on the company's website, I decided to give it a try. Turns out this is hands down the absolute best shower head I have ever owned or possibly even used anywhere, and it is the highest quality item I have purchased on Amazon in a very long time. I purchased the extension arm to put onto the rainshower head at the same time, and after reading the installation instructions for both products, I was able to install them myself with no problems. I felt the instructions were quite clear, despite what some reviewers say. The extension arm was a little tricky but solved easily enough and I will elaborate in my review of the arm itself. What is wonderful about this shower head: As advertised, it actually is 100% metal. It is very heavy, feels absolutely premium in the hand. Looks beautiful. Packaged carefully and beautifully. Made in the USA by a company that really seems to care about making the best possible product. Works exactly as promised. ZERO leaks right from the start. Looks and feels like shower heads at least twice the price. Installation was easy enough. Product comes with plumbing tape and extra pieces (washers, etc.) What could be better: I had a little trouble tightening the set screws on the connectors. I was able to tighten one on each connector, and one on each connector just kept spinning, but the connectors are such high quality that I'm not sure the set screws are even necessary (though it's a good idea.) I am so happy and pleasantly surprised with this product!

I've purchased 3 of these (with the 16" extender arm for the large shower head) and they are amazing. High quality, easy to install, good feel, and the shower quality is just the best. I've had one issue ever and I just emailed them and they got back to me in 5 minutes. They solved it completely and quickly. I truly have no complaints with their quality or customer service. One tip: All their stuff has gaskets, so don't tighten things too much. Hand tighten, and then a quarter turn with an adjustable wrench worked flawlessly for me for every install. No leaks. ps. I have their bidet... it's superb as well.

I’ll summarize it for you: beautiful design, polished metal, great solid feel, excellent water pressure and reasonable price. I’m not exaggerating when I say that I constantly look forward to taking a shower with this combo shower head. I’ve only had it for a week, so I’ll have to see how it holds up with age. But so far it’s exceeded my expectations.

I really like this shower head. It has good looks. Also good water flow. I just have one complaint. The hand held shower is heavy. When it gets wet and soapy it gets very slippery and hard to hold onto. I just wish it was lighter or had some kind of rubber grip. I’ve had mine for over a year.

I sure do like this shower system. Very nicely made. Love how hefty the shower handle feels.

Well my friends were asking why I would pay so much for a showerhead? They thought I was crazy and though it may be true that I am in fact crazy, I’m happy I did it. First of all I wanted something that had a LONG hose because I have two Yorkies who love to roll in dirt and stinky things and they are so short I needed a long hose to reach them. This is perfect for that. Next, I wanted to feel like I was showering in a fine 5 star hotel because let’s face it the little joys of life matter. I had a plumber install it because I don’t have a honey-do and because I’m not house savvy at all. DON’T have a plumber do it, or at least don’t have MY plumber do it because when he was done the hose on the hand piece was reversed making the hand piece not sit properly in its holder. He looked like he was 14 so maybe it was his first showerhead. But it was easy enough for me to unscrew the hose and orient it properly. Just watch for that when you set yours up. Now I’m thinking I could have done the installation on my own. There are two small green plastic flow restrictors in the devise. With a small forcep or surgical clamp those could be removed if you were so inclined to do so. Just letting you know they exist. Hey thanks for reading this and enjoy your showers!

It's a shower head, how hard can it be to install, right? Welllll, due to the way it is designed it's a bit of a challenge to get the connection from the diverter valve to the arm to not leak. Support is really not good at all, they don't understand how to explain this and I spent days going back and forth trying to get info from them only getting pre canned answers that were less than helpful. The product itself is fantastic, it is very well made and absolutely worth the price. Info for those struggling with a leak and / or the diverter being loose and spinning: a) if it's leaking at that arm, your rubber bushing is pushed into the arm. This is caused by either being too tight OR the diverter valve spinning while tightening (ie, you're hand tightening by spinning the valve and the nut together). OK, so I'll hold the valve and use a wrench to gently snug up the nut? Nope, then you have problem b) your diverter valve is loose and rotates under the weight of the hand shower. This is caused by spinning the nut independent of the diverter valve. There's a collar inside that needs to be tightened with a hex key, spinning just the nut and holding the diverter valve in position loosens this collar which then allows that joint to rotate undesirably. What needs to happen is the nut and diverter need to be spun together until the rubber washer inside just makes contact with the arm (no way to know, just take your best guess based on feel) and then the diverter needs to be held steady while the nut is spun 1/2 turn at most. It's finicky and it's caused by the design...and their support folks will in no way be able to give clear instructions on it.

Works good. No issues at all. Best shower head I’ve ever had but I’ve only ever purchased cheap ones before. The pressure on each head individually is perfect. When both are on they are significantly less but I believe that’s a limitation of the actual water pressure regulation in the house itself. I installed them myself with not much experience. Looks great. Love the solid metal.

Wow! Got it and installed it right away. I really needed a shower. Amazing concept; something made out of metal! Installation was 5 minutes tops. Extremely easy to follow instructions and it even came with excess teflon tape. What power! I thought based on my previous shower head that water pressure would be non-existent and was prepared to remove the flow restrictor. Before I did though, I thought I would give it a test run. Wow! No removal necessary. Looking forward to using this for how long I still have left on this Earth.

I originally bought the Moen magnetix but returned it because the quality was so poor. After reading so many good reviews about this one I decided to buy it as I was only $40 more. A previous reviewer mentioned quality of the build and packaging, and they were right. Each item was individually packaged in a dust bag and box. The shower heads are made of metal, and they thoughtfully included extra parts and plumbers tape. Now, as for how it functions. Let me just say I didn't know a shower head could improve water pressure this much. It is phenomenal, and I will be purchasing plumbing related products from this brand only from now on. I'm so impressed with the quality and the build.
