Have had this pump in my fountain for 8 years. Works well. Only issue was replacing impeller a couple times. Recommend this product.

Good pump, using it for a cold plunge with a pre-filter. Haven't had any issues with the pump. Pumps good enough flow through my chiller to keep water temp regulated.

I have the smaller 800 GPM version and love it. When this went on sale, I bought it and replaced the smaller one. BIG difference. This pump is quiet, truly puts out the 1000 GPM, and seems very efficient. Only issue is the fittings are not standard US sizes to had to make some adapters. One star off for only that.

You've seen reviews that this works well for your DIY ice plunge -- it doesn't, or at least not for very long. I set it up as an in-line (not submerged), so can only speak to my experience. After getting it set up, it seemed to be working fine with good water flow. It wasn't quiet, but not overly loud either, but you'd want to shut it off if you're hanging outside around it. All of this doesn't matter, though, because it stopped working after three weeks. Still had power and was still trying to pump water, just wouldn't pump water anymore. Moving on to another pump.

I purchased this in 2017 for my saltwater mixing brute container. 3 years ago when I moved I ended up running it continuously for 3 years without issue on my 110gallon holding system. Last week I finally got to cleaning it and there was minimum gunk on the impeller! Which is insane considering all my other pumps have the same amount of gunk after 6 months. My only issue is I could never size the outlet correctly and now that I want to use it again I can not find the pieces I got with it. I want to hard plumb it but years ago when I took the fittings to the hardware store nothing worked since its metric size so I settled on using the smallest fitting provided and probably sacrificed 60% of the flow going into my mixing vat and my temporary holding tank, which is a waste of electricity. Does this company know what the size is of the female thread? This way I can order the part and plumb it to a 1" US PVC fitting.?

Love increased waterfall, prior pump had smaller diameter hose, no wonder flow was less. This pump came with several adapters and I do have extra hoses of different sizes, nothing additional to purchase. I made my own small pool and cracked concrete curbing for raised water feature. I love the water sound on lowest setting, unit is quiet!! I have to add water every two days due to evaporation here in So CA. This pump was expensive for me, I hope to attach a timer soon, hate to run for 24 hrs a day. Larger leaves still falling into pool, not plugging up filter at this time. Very nice product. EDIT: pretty nice, I paid $57.00 03/2020 and now is $61.00 04/2022. Still works well. Only drawback is fiber in chamber is wearing smaller. I have to find a scrubbie size filter to make this up to par. I only have large leaves fall- winter. I use kitchen colander to sweep out leaves and bark. For me, a great product!

I have used one of these for about three years now and they are great. Low power consumption and move a lot of water. My original one ran dry and the bearings were ruined. So I ordered this and a replacement impeller kit. I was afraid that the impeller kit may not be able to fix my pump. The impeller kit did the job so now i have a backup pump.

Bought to replace an old pump for an outdoor fish pond. Installed over the weekend and I am impressed. Works very well. Great price and very good pump. Comes with a number of accessories. Very impressed so far.

Quiet , hard working pump....Perfect pump for my Pond.....Waterfall looks great, has good pump pressure for lifting water from bottom of pond to top waterfall....

Good pump. Only downside to it is if you take the filter off to have it as an external pump. There is no walking mechanism to keep it from separating from its plate
