Apparently a new item, not many reviews. I love the light. Daylight is perfect for a garage. I rotated the bulbs such that, on each bulb, one row pointed straight down and the other was pointed along the ceiling (horizontally). If you have a white ceiling, works great. There is a slight delay when you flip the light switch but, that's just being critical. Unlike fluorescent, the y don't flicker & they don't have to warmup to get to full brightness. I love them. I hope they last.. If there's a way to provide feedback later, I will Conversion was easy. Just follow the diagram. If you're converting from florescent & removing the transformer, the bulb end completes the electrical connection to the next wire. Both bulbs need to be installed to get them to turn on.

Installation was easier just wire 110 V at both ends. I have both magnetic and digital fluorescent ballast on the same circuit the new LED bulbs here. It is odd that the LED bulbs turn on slower, (a quarter second slower). They 8ft strip us 4 section and some times they turn on slightly different speed but still within 1/10 of second of each other.These bulbs are for shop and seem to generally make the shop as bright if not a bit brighter than before.I don’t seem to flicker I would buy them again.My only disappointment is I have four more that I need and can only buy in packs of 10 or 20. They arrived quickly and were well packaged. I did have about half the bulbs that had a plastic film coating on the plastic lenses that needed to be removed to provide full brightness. They do not seem to sag too much in the middle.The biggest win is, by bypassing the ballast, I no longer have 60 cycle hum in the room this is awesome.
