Received the robot vacuum and used it for two days. This sweeping robot is simple to operate, easy to clean, and does not take up indoor space. In addition, the sweeping robot has very strong power and can very effectively clean the dust and debris on the ground or carpet. My family and I can use the mobile app to remotely operate the cleaning robot for work, which is very convenient and practical.

I had a Eufy robot vacuum before which did get stuck, but came with boundary strips, which could be placed in areas to prevent the vacuum going in certain places. this brand/ model doesn’t have those strips so it’s constantly getting stuck in the smallest things that my previous brand didn’t get stuck in, even without strips.The app is less user-friendly too.When it works well, it’s good and does pick up a lot of dust. The problem is that you have to be with it to ensure it doesn’t go where it will get stuck, which defeats the purpose. The mop feature is very good!! My floor was shiny afterwards.

It tests my patience everyday and gets stuck at various places in the house. Pathetic at mapping and keeps working for hours even for a small area. One of the worst products I have ever purchased. I wish i could return it and get my money back.

Awesome for cleaning. so for a long time, I was thinking about automatic vacuum cleaners and I found this. After looking at so many models I choose this in my budget.If I talk about a product it is easy to use from a mobile App and manually also. Manually just press the button and cleaning will start automatically. It finds all open areas and cleans properly, not a single space it will leave to clean.All product information mentioned is working fine... like scheduling cleaning, area cleaning, custom area cleaning, and returning to charge after cleaningfor my 3 BHK fully furnished home it takes 35 to 40 minutes to clean. And yes battery backup is also good

Proscenic Robo vacuum cleaner 830P,it's fantastic product.I have purchased before month ago.After checking performance i can't hold myself to write review. First of all it's clean all floor type.Best thing is it has a mapping facility.You can use with program timer,connect with wifi,with mobile application,also with Alexa.It has carpet detection.Best thing is while you are busy your children can use it and clean house with play way methord.it's has long battery life.after cleaning or if it has a low battery it will automatically find docking station and charge itself.my family is happy, specially we are having always concern with workers frequently absent it is vacuuming and mapping with finest clearly.I always suggest to buy this product.Thanks proscenic for being a silent family member of our house.

When it works, it works, but it's also quite liable to get stuck under a chair or on a rug that's too close to a corner under a cabinet so you have to manually free it.The waste basket of the sweeper also tends to fill up really quickly even with regular cleaning.The mop feature is alright though 350 ml is quite low for a full house clean up session, and the robot vacuum cleaner doesn't auto-recognize surfaces such as carpeting to stop dropping liquid and it doesn't come included with the magnetic strips that would prevent it from going atop a carpet and they have to be bought separately.
